The ORQESTRA project is organised around a set of activity pillars that guide it from coordination and design through implementation, validation, and impact.
The project began 01/12/2025 and will end 31/11/2028 (Total duration: 36 months)
These activity pillars are structured as follows:
- Central coordination and technical management
- Requirements analysis, functional specification, and architectural design
- Post-quantum cryptosystem design and cryptanalysis
- Software–hardware co-design and implementation of post-quantum cryptographic ensembles
- Dynamic Quantum-Key Networking in zero-trust programmable infrastructures
- End-to-end integration of the ORQESTRA framework, supported by use-case demonstration and evaluation
- Dissemination, standardisation efforts, exploitation pathways, and impact generation
